Our niece Alysn Ludwig with her parents
after graduating from Medomak Valley High
School.  Aly plans to attend St. Joseph's
College as a beginning step toward becoming
a physician's assistant. Aly was honored at
the recent sports' banquet for earning
twelve varsity letters. She is one of  only
three students to have earned this honor
since 1994.  Alysn was also the top ranking
girl in her class.

We are so grateful that we had a chance to
watch our niece Alysn in action during a
basketball home game at St. Joseph's College
in Windham.  We transported a friend for
visitation at the Windham Correctional
Institute and were still able to catch half of
Aly's game. The team won in overtime and
went on to win against Presque Isle the next
day.  Now Aly will prepare for softball
season.

My sister-in-law, Cathy, received flowers at
the last home game of Alysn's high school
career.  Aly hopes to earn her 12th sports
letter during the upcoming softball season.

Alysn Ludwig is the daughter of my brother and
sister-in-law, Wayne and Kathy Ludwig. She
graduated from high school in 2005.  She plans
to pursue a career as a physician's assistant.
In addition to playing several sports each year,
Alysn  maintained an impressive academic
average.  She was a member of the National
Honor Society, PAWS, and the math team.  She
enjoys riding her feisty Welsh gelding, Simon.
Alysn and her family attend the Baptist Church
in Waldoboro.
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud
of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which
so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race
that is set before us.                   -Hebrews 12:1
Congratulations to
our niece, Alysn
